AI Interview Roleplay Coach

The second video provides an overview of research on the impact of hope and fear on our cognitive functioning (which impacts our ability to interview well) and overall well-being. (6 mins)

"Choosing to Forgive" shows how we can allow ourselves to feel but not embrace the pain and anger we have currently have, and at the same time decide to forgive. (3 min video)
"Freedom Milestones" is a tool to walk you through identifying people who, once you forgive them, will serve as markers on your path to freedom. (1 page, 15 mins)
Forgiving others is often a process that can take moments to years. The important thing is to keep moving. This includes taking time to do the work laid out in "Choosing to Forgive" and choosing to forgive throughout the day as new things come up or memories surface.

What we focus on gets bigger. The more GAMES we play, the larger the joy center in our brain becomes. But if we focus on possible negative outcomes, we strengthen our anxiety.
